舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的干预效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院老年心血管内科收治的老年冠心病患者180例作为研究对象,按护理模式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组90例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,比较2组老年冠心病患者睡眠质量及生命质量。结果:观察组患者睡眠质量及生命质量各指标评分均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病患者采取舒适护理,能有效提升其睡眠质量及生命质量。Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing on sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 180 cases between January 2018 and June 2019 in the first hospital affiliated to China university of science and technology of elderly cardiovascular internal medicine of senile coronary heart disease patients as the research object,according to the different nursing mode is divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group was given comfort care,compared two groups in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)sleep quality and the quality of life.Results:The scores of sleep quality and life quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can effectively improve the quality of sleep and life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
