疼痛护理对肺癌化疗患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究疼痛护理模式对肺癌化疗患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺癌化疗患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组进行基础护理,观察组则在基础护理的基础上进行疼痛护理。比较2组患者护理前及护理后7 d的情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)及抑郁自评量表(SDS量表)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及护理满意度。结果:护理前2组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后7 d观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分及VAS评分均显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛护理模式可显著改善肺癌化疗患者的疼痛及睡眠质量,并可提升其护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the influence of pain nursing mode for pain and sleep quality of patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into basic nursing group and experimental group with 39 cases in each group.The basic group were with basic nursing,and the experimental group were with pain nursing on the basic nursing.Then the emotional state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],pain[Visual analogy score(VAS)]before the nursing and at 7th day after the nursing,nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The SAS score,SDS score,PSQI score and VAS score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the SAS score,SDS score,PSQI score and VAS score of experimental group at 7th day after the nursing were significantly lower than those of basic group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of basic group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pain nursing mode can significantly improve the pain and sleep quality of patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer,and it can improve their nursing satisfaction.
