BIPAP呼吸机治疗睡眠呼吸暂停并肺心病呼吸衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析BIPAP呼吸机治疗睡眠呼吸暂停并肺心病呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及对血气分析的影响。方法:选取2016年9月至2019年9月莒南县人民医院的睡眠呼吸暂停并肺心病呼吸衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上添加BIPAP呼吸机治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及血气分析指标。结果:观察组的最长呼吸暂停及最低通气等各项呼吸参数优于对照组,治疗后的血气分析指标优于对照组,生命质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BIPAP呼吸机治疗睡眠呼吸暂停并肺心病呼吸衰竭患者,不仅能改善患者呼吸参数及血气分析指标,还能提高其生命质量,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of BIPAP ventilator in the treatment of patients with sleep apnea and pulmonary heart disease respiratory failure and influence for blood gas analysis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with sleep apnea and pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure in People′s Hospital of Junan County from September 2016 to September 2019 were divided into control group and study group with 50 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,the study group were treated with BIPAP ventilator therapy on the conventional treatment.Then the clinical efficacy and blood gas indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The longest apnea and the lowest ventilation of study group were better than those of control group,the blood gas indexes after treatment were better than those of the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of BIPAP ventilator in the treatment of patients with sleep apnea and pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure can not only improve the patient′s breathing parameters and blood gas indexes,but also improve their quality of life,so it is worth promoting in clinic.
