摘　　要：文旅产业融合发展是当前促进经济高质量发展和社会主义文化繁荣的重要抓手。文章结合文化与旅游产业融合内涵,从资源要素、生产要素、流通要素与消费要素4个角度入手构建文化与旅游产业融合发展评价指标体系。结合指标体系与耦合协调模型对苏州市2008年—2017年间的文旅融合发展水平进行测度可知:(1)苏州文化和旅游融合发展水平在经过短暂的快速提升后陷入停滞;(2)文化资源旅游化不足与流通渠道落后是文旅融合陷入发展停滞的主要原因。文章结合测度结果提出提升文旅融合发展水平的建议。The integrated development of the culture industry and tourism industry is an important point for promoting high-quality economic development and socialist cultural prosperity.Combined the connotation of the integration of culture industry and tourism industry,this paper establish an evaluation index system from four perspectives:resources,production,circulation and consumption.The results show that:(1)the level of integration of culture industry and tourism industry in Suzhou has stagnated after a brief and rapid increase.(2)The underdevelopment of cultural tourism and the backwardness of circulation channels are the main reasons for the stagnation of culture industry and tourism industry.Based on the measurement results,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the level of culture industry and tourism industry.
