摘  要:某办公及商业综合工程项目,包含2栋地上19层的高层办公楼和3层商业裙房。高层办公楼竖向体型收进,剪力墙偏置,结构扭转不规则。通过设置防震缝、选用合适的结构体系、在外围框架设置翼墙并加大框架梁截面、弱化核心筒剪力墙等措施,显著加强了结构抗扭刚度,大幅度降低了扭转位移比,有效提高了结构的抗震性能。应用振型分解反应谱法和弹性时程法对结构进行了分析,探讨了剪力墙偏置的框架-剪力墙结构和框架-核心筒结构的受力特性和设计要点。Among a building complex that comprises two 19-storey office towers and 3-storey commercial annex,the structures of office towers are characterized by setbacks,off-center shearwalls and torsional irregularities.Measures,including setting of seismic joints,choosing of appropriate structural systems,enhancement of peripheral frames by wing walls and/or section-enlarged frame beams,and reduction of corewalls,are taken,through which the torsional stiffness of structures are remarkably strengthened,the torsional displacement ratios significantly reduced,and earthquake resistant behaviour of structures effectively improved.Applying analysis of mode-decomposition response spectrum method and elastic time history method,this paper investigates the mechanical properties of the frame-shearwall structure and frame-corewall strucutre with off-center shearwall,and also gives some key points on the design of such structures.
