预填芯预应力混凝土空心方(管)桩应用实践分析

摘　　要：预应力混凝土空心方(管)桩用于高层基础抗拔作用的工程逐年增多,为提高抗拔管桩的应用水平、保证工程质量,通过改进生产及施工工艺,研制了预填芯预应力混凝土空心桩。结果表明:预填芯预应力混凝土空心方(管)桩施工工艺更加科学,施工质量更易得到保障,降低了工地现场污染物排放量,节约了投资,可供同类工程借鉴。Prestressed concrete hollow square pile(pipe)has been increasingly used to consolidate pull-out resistance of high-rise foundation in construction projects.Therefore,the pre-filled prestressed concrete hollow pile is developed,extending the application range of anti-pull pipe and pile,insuring the quality of building projects and improving the construction craft.The research in this paper shows that the pre-filled prestressed concrete hollow pile is a type of more scientific building materials.Consequently,not only the construction quality is more easily guaranteed but the discharged pollutants on the site and project cost are considerably reduced,which deserves reference for similar projects.
