摘　　要：兽药网络销售给兽药监管工作造成新的困难,构建有效的网络销售兽药监管模式是当务之急。本文分析了网络销售兽药的监管难点,以电子商务法为监管依据,结合我国的兽药法律政策和监管经验,从事前监管、事中监管、事后监管三个环节探索网络销售兽药的有效监管模式,并为完善兽药管理法律体系提供参考。The online sale of veterinary drugs has brought new difficulties to the veterinary drug supervision.It is an urgent task to build an effective supervision mode of online sale of veterinary drugs.The difficulties of supervision over online sale of veterinary drugs were analyzed.An effective supervision model over online sale of veterinary drugs in three links,pre-supervision,in-process supervision and post-supervision was developed,which was based on the E-commerce law and combined with the legal policies and experience of veterinary drug supervision in China.It can provide reference for improving the legal system of veterinary drug management.
