摘  要:研究干旱胁迫对向日葵根系形态和生物量的影响,对向日葵抗旱育种和节水栽培具有重要意义。试验采用水培PEG模拟干旱胁迫的方式,对17份食用向日葵杂交种苗期的根系形态和生物量进行了比较分析。结果表明:苗期干旱胁迫下,食葵杂交种总根长和根尖数呈现增加趋势,根表面积、根体积和根平均直径呈现降低趋势。根干重和根冠比相对增加,而地上部干重和整株生物量的积累受到抑制。Studying the effect of drought stress on sunflower root morphology and biomass,so as to identify drought resistance sunflower is great significance for drought resistance breeding and water-saving cultivation of sunflower.In this study,17 confectionary sunflower hybrids were used,the method of 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution hydroponic was used to simulate drought stress with PEG-6000,and the response of root morphology and biomass at seedling stage to drought stress was analyzed.The results showed that under drought stress at seedling stage,the total root length and number of root tips mainly increased,and root surface area,root volume and root average diameter decreased.Root dry weight and root-to-shoot ratio increased relatively,while shoot dry weight and biomass of the whole plant was inhibited.
