摘  要:为了确定当前实施的农业水价政策是否合理,采用PMP模型对小麦和玉米传统方式灌溉中应用的超定额累进加价水价政策效应进行模拟,分析了水价政策对小麦和玉米种植面积、灌溉用水量、平均农户收益的影响,结果表明:水价在阈值内稳步上涨,在节水的同时,对种植面积和农户的收益不会产生显著的影响,现行的差别水价政策是合理的。In order to determine whether the current agricultural water price policy is reasonable or not,the PMP model is used to simulate the effect of the over quota progressive water price policy applied in the traditional way of wheat and corn irrigation,and analyze the impact of the water price policy on the wheat and corn planting area,irrigation water consumption and average farmers'income.The results show that:the water price rises steadily within the threshold,and the water-saving At the same time,it will not have a significant impact on the planting area and the income of farmers.The current differential water price policy is reasonable.
