摘  要:基于汽车发动机正时同步带多轮传动系统布局设计理论体系,提出了双顶置同步带传动系统计算机辅助设计方案。根据多轮传动系统构成特点,建立了传动系统计算模型,利用MATLAB进行了双顶置同步带传动系统分析软件开发,实现了传动系统参数设计与计算过程程序化,并对张紧力作用下的系统啮合干涉形貌进行了计算。通过对469Q汽油机正时传动系统实例的仿真计算,验证了软件的可行性。Based on automobile engine timing synchronization with several pulleys of transmission system layout design theory system,put forward the double overhead synchronous belt transmission system computer aided design.According to the characteristics several pulleys of the transmission system,transmission system calculation model is established.Double overhead synchronous belt transmission is studied by using the MATLAB system analysis software development,realize the procedural design and calculation process,and under the action of the tension system of meshing interference morphology was calculated.Based on the 469Q gasoline engine timing driving system instance simulation,verify the feasibility of the software.
