摘 要:用Pd-diimine催化剂通过独特的链行走反应,在25℃,乙烯压力为0.1 MPa下将芘-Py单体(丙烯酸芘甲酯)及BIEA单体(2-(2-溴异丁酰溴))引入HBPE(超支化聚乙烯)结构中,一步法合成表面具有多个芘基和酰溴基团的超支化聚合物HBPE@Py@Br。并通过ATRP反应将GMA(甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)单体引入HBPE@Py@Br中,合成得到HBPE@Py@PGMA。通过核磁共振波谱(1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对所得聚合物的结构和成分进行分析表征。同时利用该共聚物作为石墨烯液相剥离稳定剂,在氯仿溶剂中液相超声剥离天然石墨,得到稳定分散的石墨烯溶液。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、高分辨透射电镜、广角X射线衍射分析、拉曼光谱、红外光谱等测试手段对石墨烯进行表征,发现石墨烯缺陷较少、分散均匀,并与环氧树脂复合得到石墨烯分散均匀的环氧树脂复合材料。Catalyzed by Pd-diimine,a pyrene monomer(methyl methacrylate)and a BIEA monomer(2-(2-bromoisobutyryl bromide))were introduced to hyperbranched polyethylene(HBPE)through a unique chain walk reaction at 25℃under an ethylene pressure of 0.1 MPa,forming a hyperbranched polymer HBPE@Py@Br with multiple pyrenyl groups and acyl bromide groups on the surface.Glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)monomer was then introduced into HBPE@Py@Br by ATRP reaction to synthesize HBPE@Py@PGMA,of which the structure and composition were characterized by 1H NMR and GPC.In addition,HBPE@Py@PGMA was used as stabilizer for liquid phase exfoliation of graphene in chloroform via ultrasonication,leading to a stable dispersion of graphene.The graphene dispersion was characterized by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,wide-angle X-ray diffraction analysis,Raman spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy etc.Graphene was found to have fewer defects and uniform dispersion,The epoxy resin composite with uniform dispersion of graphene was obtained by composite with epoxy resin.
