摘 要:采用粉末喷枪在不同加热温度的Q235B钢板表面喷涂环氧树脂粉末制备环氧树脂防护涂层。使用差示扫描量热仪、维氏硬度计、球盘式摩擦磨损试验机、台阶仪等对涂层的固化度、硬度以及大气环境(相对湿度≈45%)中的摩擦学性能进行表征,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层磨损前后的表面形貌进行观察。结果表明:环氧树脂涂层表面平整,结构致密;随着钢板加热温度的升高,其固化度、硬度先升高后降低,摩擦因数和磨损率先降低后升高。加热温度为200℃时,涂层的固化度、硬度最高,摩擦因数和磨损率最低,综合性能优异。Epoxy resin coatings were prepared by spraying epoxy powders on the surface of Q235B steel plate with different temperatures by using a powder spray gun.The crosslinking degree,hardness and tribological properties in the atmosphere(relative humidity≈45%)of the coatings were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter,Vickers’hardness tester,ball-on-disk wear tester and stylus profiler.The textured morphologies of the coatings before and after wear-testing were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the epoxy resin coatings have smooth surface and compact structure.As the steel plate temperature increases,the hardness and crosslinking degree of the coatings first increase and then decreases,while the friction coefficient and wear rate first decrease and then increase.When the steel plate temperature is 200℃,the coating presents the highest crosslinking degree and hardness and the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate,showing optimal comprehensive performance.
