摘  要:研究了汉高自泳涂料Aquence 930的检测和维护。结果表明:氧化还原电位(ORP)、固体份含量和温度是自泳漆涂装最重要的3个工艺参数,其中又以ORP最易发生变化,也是对自泳漆涂装影响最大的因素。采用铂电极、耐酸盐桥和饱和甘汞电极可以准确测量ORP,测得的ORP波动在0.5 mV以内。载体、搅拌和过滤对自泳漆固体份的测定影响很大。测量固体份含量时使用表面皿比用烧杯准确。测量固体份之前需要搅拌和过滤。对于自泳漆的维护,首先调整固体份含量,其次调整ORP,最后调整pH和铁离子含量。一般情况下,调整固体份含量、ORP和pH至控制范围后,自泳漆的其他参数也被调整到控制范围。Detection and maintenance of Henkel autophoretic paint Aquence 930 were performed.The results show that redox potential(ORP),solid content and temperature are the most important three process parameters.Among these process parameters,ORP is the most likely one to change,which is the most significant factor affecting coating of the autophoretic paint.ORP can be accurately measured by platinum electrode,acid resistant salt bridge and saturated calomel electrode with fluctuation within 0.5 mV.Carrier,stir and filtration have great influences on measuring the solid content of autophoretic paint.The measurement of the solid content using surface dish was more accurate than that using beaker.Stir and filtration are necessary before measuring the solid content.For maintenance of the autophoretic paint,the adjustment sequence should be the solid content,the ORP,and the pH and iron ion content.In general,after adjusting the solid content,ORP and pH to control range,other parameters of the autophoretic paint will be also adjusted to the control range.
