摘 要:为实现弧焊逆变电源系统动态响应性能的提高,对逆变电源变压器的电感L进行优化,提出两种提高弧焊逆变电源动态响应性能的方法。即在保证变压器原副边最简匝数之比不变的前提下,采用减少变压器原副边匝数或采用变压器输入输出端并联来实现弧焊逆变电源动态响应性能的提高。采用Simulink仿真软件搭建弧焊逆变电源主电路模型和控制系统模型,证明负载瞬时变化时变压器电感L对闭环控制动态性能有影响。并采用PSpice仿真软件搭建弧焊逆变电源主电路模型和变压器模型来证明两种方法的可行性。In order to improve the dynamic response performance of the arc welding inverter power system,the inductance L of the inverter power transformer was optimized,and two methods for improving its dynamic response performance were proposed.That is,under the premise of ensuring that the ratio of the simplest turns of the primary and secondary sides of the transformer was unchanged,the number of turns of the primary and secondary sides of the transformer was reduced or the input and output ends of the transformer were connected in parallel to improve the dynamic response performance of the arc welding inverter.Simulink simulation software was used to build the main circuit model and control system model of the arc welding inverter power supply,which proved that the transformer inductance L had an impact on the dynamic performance of the closed-loop control when the load changed instantaneously.The PSpice simulation software was employed to build the main circuit model of the arc welding inverter power supply and the transformer model to prove the feasibility of the two methods.
