摘  要:为分析轮作对棉花根际土壤细菌多样性及群落结构的影响,以棉花为研究对象,花生和谷子为轮作材料,应用IonS5^TMXL高通量测序平台对各处理土壤样品进行16S rDNA测序。结果表明,轮作处理显著提高了棉花的产量:花生-棉花轮作增产32.19%,谷子-棉花轮作增产18.13%。虽然轮作不足以彻底改变棉花根际土壤细菌群落结构,但可以显著增加菌群中拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)和鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)的相对丰度,这些有益菌门(属)的富集,抑制了病原菌的活性,导致细菌群落丰富度降低。通过轮作可以影响棉花根际土壤细菌,改善棉花的生存质量,进而提高棉花产量。In order to analyze the effect of crop rotation on bacterial diversity and community structure in the rhizosphere soil of cotton,cotton was used as the research object,peanut and millet as rotation crop materials.IonS5TMXL high-throughput sequencing platform was used to sequence the 16S rDNA of each treated soil sample.The results showed that the crop rotation increased the yield of cotton,by 32.19%with peanut-cotton rotation and 18.13%with millet-cotton,respectively.Though rotation was not sufficient to completely alter the bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere soil of cotton,it led to a significant increase in the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,Planctomycetes,and Sphingomonas in the flora.Enrichment of these beneficial phylum or genera inhibited the activity of pathogens and led to a decrease in bacterial community richness.Rotation planting may affect soil bacteria to improve quality of cotton life,and then increase cotton yield.
