摘　　要：骨质疏松症是常见的全身代谢性骨骼疾病,随着社会老龄化问题日渐突出,其发病率日渐上升,已成为我国第3大慢性疾病。近年来关于中医药防治骨质疏松症研究不断深入,发现蛇床子提取物蛇床子素具有明显的抗骨质疏松作用,能够有效地改善成骨细胞及破骨细胞的代谢水平,改善骨结构。本文总结蛇床子素在细胞、动物实验中对骨代谢的影响及相关作用信号通路研究进展,同时对含有蛇床子的中药复方进行总结,概述目前研究现状及不足,旨在为该药材深入研究及开发为新的靶向治疗药物提供借鉴。Osteoporosis is a common systemic metabolic bone disease.With the aging of society becoming more and more serious,the incidence of osteoporosis is also increasing,and it has become the third chronic disease in China.In recent years,researches on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine have been continuously deepening,and it has been found that the extract of cnidium SPP has significant anti-osteoporosis effect,can effectively improve the metabolism level of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and improve bone structure.This paper summarized the research progress on the effect of cnistatin on bone metabolism and related signaling pathways in cell and animal experiments,and also summarized the TCM compounds containing cnistatin,summarized the current research status and deficiencies,in order to provide references for further research and development of new targeted therapy drugs.
