摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂带式机酸性球团工艺在未上烟气脱硫工艺装备之前,为降低带式机球团工艺的烟气SO2排放浓度,解决球团由于SO2排放浓度临近限制红线值而限产运行的问题,计算了球团工艺的硫平衡,分析了球团烟气硫负荷来源权重。基于硫平衡理论计算结果,提出采取控制焦炉煤气总硫浓度、配加低硫含量的铁精矿、配加CaO熔剂三项措施以提高球团台时产量。In view of the situation that the belt-type acid pelletizing equipment was not equipped with flue gas desulfurization device in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd., the sulfur balance in terms of pelletizing process was calculated and the weight of sources of sulfur load from flue gas generated by preparing pellets was analyzed in order to reduce the emission concentration of SO2 in flue gas during pelletizing and solve the problem that preparing pellets were limited due to the emissions of sulfur dioxide with concentration close to the red line that could not be out of limit values. According to the calculation results based on sulfur balance theory, three kinds of measures such as controlling the total sulfur concentration of coke oven gas,adding iron concentrate with low sulfur content and adding CaO flux were proposed to increase production capacity of pellets per hour by one roasting machine.
