摘  要:分析鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司高强船板表面晶界裂纹缺陷产生原因后认为,铸坯热送制度不合理是造成钢板晶界裂纹的主要原因。采取铸坯下线堆垛缓冷和在线强冷直装工艺将铸坯温度降至500℃以下轧制,避免了高强船板晶界裂纹缺陷的发生,提高了钢板质量。After analyzing the causes leading to the crack defects occurred at grain-boundary of ship-building steel plates with high strength in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., it was considered that the unsuitable hot delivering system for casting blanks was the main cause leading to the crack defects. Therefore the crack defects could be prevented from occurring at grain-boundary of the steel plates by taking measures such as slow cooling casting blanks by offline stacking and lowering the temperature of casting blanks below 500 ℃ to be rolled by using direct charging process with forced cooling. Finally the quality of the steel plates was improved.
