摘  要:为了解决本钢高炉TMT液压炮堵铁口过程中,压力传感器因液压冲击而发出错误指令,干扰液压系统正常工作的问题,采取了增设压力补偿器和调节比例放大器中的斜坡信号等措施,使系统获得平稳的启动或制动性能,电液比例阀的输出流量相对恒定。满足了高炉的生产要求,延长了TMT液压炮使用寿命,每年节省360万元。In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic system in normal operation was disrupted by the error command from pressure transducer due to the hydraulic impact during plugging tapholes in the blast furnace of Bensteel by TMT hydraulic clay gun, such countermeasures as adding a pressure compensator and adjusting the ramp signal from a proportional amplifier were taken. After that, the control system could be stably started and braked and the output flow of the electro-hydraulic proportional value was also relatively constant, all of which satisfied the requirements asked by operating the blast furnace. And therefore the service life of the TMT hydraulic clay gun was also prolonged and the cost savings were as much as 3.6 million yuan RMB annually.
