摘　　要：通过廓清生态产品与生态资本的边界与范围,剖析生态价值的本质来源,揭示生态资本形态转变的客观规律。通过有为政府与有效市场的配合作用,协调生态产业生产关系,提高生态产品生产力,在保障生态效益的同时兼顾经济效益,推动生态-经济-社会的协调发展。By clarifying the boundary and scope of ecological products and ecological capital,the paper analyses the essential source of ecological value,and reveals the objective law of the transformation of ecological capital form.Through the cooperation between the promising government and the efficient market,we should coordinate the production relations of ecological industries,improve the productivity of ecological products,give consideration to economic benefits while ensuring ecological benefits,and promoting the coordinated development of ecology,economy and society.
