摘　　要：以旋转机械振动理论为基础,通过LabVIEV开发了针对塑料离心泵泵轴振动检测系统的软、硬件平台,实现了泵轴振动信号的采集、在线时频域分析、实时轴心图绘制和检测信号回放等功能,满足了塑料离心泵成品检验的需求。Based on the theory of rotating machinery vibration,a software and hardware platform for the vibration detection system of plastic centrifugal pump shaft was developed by LabVIEV.The functions of vibration signal collection of pump shaft,online timefrequency domain analysis,real-time axis diagram drawing and detection signal playback were realized.It meets the requirements of finished product inspection of plastic centrifugal pump.
