摘  要:为做好果蔗安全风险评估工作,在我国果蔗主产地广西、广东、云南和海南等地随机采取80份果蔗样品,用乙腈提取果蔗汁样品中的农药残留,气相色谱测定果蔗蔗汁中百菌清、乙烯菌核利、腐霉利3种有机氯农药含量,结果,样品添加标准回收率为90%~104%;根据GB 2763-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》,检出限为百菌清0.0003 mg/kg、乙烯菌核利0.0004 mg/kg、腐霉利0.002 mg/kg,本次采集的全部果蔗样品均未检测出3种农药的残留,说明采样区域市场上的果蔗百菌清、乙烯菌核利、腐霉利评估是安全的。In order to evaluate the safety risk of chewing cane,80 samples of chewing cane were randomly selected from Guangxi,Guangdong,Yunnan and Hainan,etc.,the pesticide residues were extracted by acetonitrile,and the content of chlorothalonil,vinclozolin and procymidone in chewing cane juice was determined by gas chromatography.The test results showed that standard recovery rate was 90%–104%.According to GB 2763-2016"National Food Safety Standards in Food Pesticide Maximum Residue Limits",the detection limit of chlorothalonil,vinylidene and procymidone was 0.0003,0.0004 and 0.002 mg/kg,respectively.The three pesticide residues were not detected in all samples of chewing cane collected this time,which indicated that the evaluation of chlorothalonil,vinclozolin and procymidone content in chewing cane was safe in the market of sampled area.
