摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间,温州医科大学附属第一医院通过护理应急组织管理架构,成立COVID-19护理质量管理小组,多维度、多途径、全方位培训,科学管控构建立体化安全防护网,以人为本,调动人的积极性等护理管理措施,构建护理应急管理体系,树立护理人员正确的危机意识,有效应对疫情保证救治能力,保障一线医护人员人身安全。During the outbreak of COVID-19,the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University has constructed the nursing emergency organization system and set up the quality management group.By adopting multi-channel solutions and omni-trainings,the hospital tried to scientifically supervise the system to build threedimensional safety network.What’s more,people-oriented management measures motivate nurses to get highly involved and establish the awareness of crisis to protect themselves,effectively enhance their capacity of treat and cure.
