摘　　要：非洲猪瘟PCR实验室是非洲猪瘟防控体系建设的重要组成部分,在非洲猪瘟诊断中发挥重要作用。随着市、县和相关企业非洲猪瘟PCR实验室的发展建设,郑州市形成了逐步完善的非洲猪瘟检测体系,有力保障了非洲猪瘟的早发现与早处置。但由于建成时间短,面临基础设施建设薄弱、人员业务素质偏低、检测技术能力参差不齐、建设资金不足和管理水平落后等问题。建议加大资金投入,加强基础设施和技术人员队伍建设,引进实验室信息管理先进模式,强化生物安全管理。本文以期为全市非洲猪瘟PCR实验室建设发展提供参考。As an important part of the establishment of African swine fever(ASF)prevention and control system,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)laboratories for ASF had been playing an important role in the diagnosis of ASFV.With the development of ASF PCR laboratories at municipal and county levels and those of relevant enterprises,an ASF detection system had been gradually established and improved in Zhengzhou City,which could effectively guarantee early detection and emergency response for ASF,but the following questions were also encountered due to short operation period of such laboratories,that was,poor infrastructure,low professional quality of personnel,uneven testing capacities,insufficient construction funds,backward management level,etc.Therefore,some suggestions were put forward,such as increasing fund investment,improving construction of infrastructure and technical team,introducing advanced model of laboratory information management,and strengthening management level of biosafety,hoping to provide some references for the development of ASF PCR laboratories in Zhengzhou.
