摘　　要：目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间,本院两个分院区药品调配流程改造实践,为特殊时期的药品调配管理工作提供参考。方法采用头脑风暴法集思广益,建立工作流程图,运用PDCA循环进行流程改造及优化。结果经过流程改造和优化,两个分院区迅速建立了适合院区实际情况的药品调配模式,为疫情期间临床用药提供了有力保障。结论以洁净区内集中调配为核心的药品调配流程安全、高效,适合在突发、应急的公共卫生事件中推广应用。Objective To summarize the practice of rebuilding drug dispensing and admixture workflow in designated hospital for critical patients during COVID-19 crisis,and to provide reference for future conditions.Methods Brainstorming was used to collect suggestions.PDCA was implemented to rebuild and optimize the workflow after the workflow chart was established.Results After the workflow rebuilding and optimization,the pharmacy department built two kinds of drug dispensing and admixture workflow modes immediately according to the real working circumstances in different branches of our hospital,and provided a strong guarantee for the clinical medication usage during the COVID-19 outbreak.Conclusion Centralized drug dispensing and admixture workflow in clean areas are safe and effective,and it is worth spreading and applying in emergent public sanitation events in the future.
