摘 要:目的建立良姜胃疡胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱,为该制剂的质量控制提供参考。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)进行检测,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长334 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。运用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012版)对11批良姜胃疡胶囊化学成分指纹图谱进行相似度计算,通过对照品比较指认图谱的色谱峰,通过良姜胃疡胶囊组方单味药和制剂的HPLC比较,分析制剂中化学成分的归属。结果建立了11批良姜胃疡胶囊指纹图谱共有模式,标定了24个共有色谱峰,并指认了其中7个色谱峰;11批良姜胃疡胶囊与对照指纹图谱的相似度均>0.90。结论该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,建立的指纹图谱可为良姜胃疡胶囊的质量评价提供参考。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules to provide a reference for their quality control.Methods Diamonsil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%formic acid in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 334 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.The chemical fingerprint similarity of 11 batches of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules was calculated with the“Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine”(2012)by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission.The main peaks in the fingerprints were identified by comparing the retention time of the reference substances.The source and attribution of chemical components in this preparation were analyzed by comparing with those of the single herb.Results Fingerprints of 11 batches of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules were established.Totally 24 common peaks were established in different batches of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules and 7 peaks were identified.Compared with the reference fingerprints,the similarities of 11 batches of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules were over 0.90.Conclusion This method is accurate,stable and reproducible,which provides a reference for the identification and quality evaluation of Liangjiang Weiyang capsules.
