摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定浊血清颗粒中10种有效成分的含量。方法采用Hedera ODS-2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,柱温20℃,检测波长237 nm。结果没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、莫诺苷、马钱苷、獐牙菜苷、特女贞苷、山茱萸新苷、安格洛苷C、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱分别在各自线性浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为99.7%、104.7%、106.4%、96.0%、94.6%、97.7%、96.5%、96.5%、96.0%、94.7%。精密度、重复性等试验结果均符合方法学测定要求。结论建立的方法可以用于浊血清颗粒的定量分析。Objective To simultaneously determine 10 components in Zhuoxueqing granules by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on a Hedera ODS-2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.2%phosphoric acid(B)solution with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 237 nm and the column temperature was 20℃.Results Good linearities were shown between the peak areas and the linear concentration range of gallic acid,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,monetin,loganin,swertide,tretinoside,cornoside,aglycoside C,bamatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.7%,104.7%,106.4%,96.0%,94.6%,97.7%,96.5%,96.5%,96.0%,and 94.7%,respectively.The precision,repeatability and other test results all met the requirements of methodology.Conclusion The method can be used for the quantitative analysis of Zhuoxueqing granules.
