摘　　要：患者女,24岁,腰背部黑褐色斑片24年。主要表现为密集排列的黑褐色丘疹,丘疹中心可见毳毛,褐色的丘疹可融合成斑块。皮损组织病理示:痣细胞呈团状或条索状分布,主要分布于毛囊皮脂腺周围。诊断为斑点状集簇性色素痣。A 24-year-old female presented dark-brown patches on her back for 24 years.The main manifestations were dense dark brown papules with hairs in the center of the papules,and brown papules could fuse into plaques.Histopathological examination showed that nevus cells were clustered or striped,mainly around the hair follicle and sebaceous gland,and were diagnosed as spotted grouped pigmented nevi.
