黄金微针射频治疗腋臭83例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黄金微针治疗腋臭疗效及安全性,同时分析不同腋臭分级、性别及体质指数(body mass index,BMI)患者的疗效差异。方法利用BodyTite黄金微针射频仪治疗83例腋臭患者,使用腋臭严重程度分级评价方案对该83例患者术前及术后6个月进行治疗前后疗效评估,总结治疗过程中的并发症,同时记录患者对治疗的满意度评分。依据患者腋臭程度分级、性别、体质指数分别进行分组,对治疗前后疗效、并发症及满意度进行组间比较。结果83例患者总体有效率为86.75%(72/83)。与轻中度患者比较,重度患者疗效及满意度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别患者疗效及并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但女性患者对治疗的满意度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与体重正常者及超重者比较,肥胖者疗效及满意度均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄金微针治疗腋臭总体疗效好,并发症少,但患者腋臭严重程度及肥胖程度对疗效有一定的影响。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of gold micro needle radio-frequency in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and to analyze the differences in curative effect of patients with different axillary osmidrosis severity grading,gender and Body Mass Index(BMI).Methods A total of 83 patients with osmidrosis axillae were treated with BodyTite of micro needle radio-frequency.The patients were divided into groups according to the degree of axillary osmidrosis,gender and BMI.The severity were evaluated before and after treatment using the axillary osmidrosis severity grading evaluation scheme.Summarize the complications during the treatment,and record the patient's satisfaction score for the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 86.75%(72/83).Compared with mild and moderate patients,severe patients had lower efficacy and satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy and complications between different genders(P>0.05),but the female patients were less satisfied with the treatment(P<0.05).Compared with normal weight and overweight people,obesity patients had lower efficacy and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Gold micro needle has a good effect and few complications on the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.However,clinical efficacy is different in different types of patients.
