摘　　要：目的探讨手术从业者工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)的患病现状及干预对策。方法抽取该院270名手术从业者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、《北欧国家肌肉骨骼疾患标准调查表》进行调查,分析WMSDs影响因素。结果共发放问卷270份,有效回收255份,有效回收率为94.44%。255名手术从业者中,WMSDs1年累计患病率为85.88%,近1周患病率为55.69%。患病部位(颈部、肩部、背部)的年患病率依次为69.02%、65.10%、45.88%。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、超重或肥胖、工作时长及工龄均是WMSDs患病的独立影响因素;而体育锻炼是其保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论手术从业者有较高的WMSDs患病率;其影响因素较多,通过健康教育、人类工效学干预等对预防WMSDs有积极意义。Objective To discuss the current status and intervention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)in surgical practitioners.Methods A total of 270 surgical practitioners from a hospital were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire and the standard questionnaire for musculoskeletal disorders in Nordic countries were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of WMSDs.Results A total of 270 questionnaires were issued,255 of which were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94.44%.Among 255 surgical practitioners,the cumulative prevalence of WMSDs1 was 85.88%in a year and 55.69%in a week.The annual prevalence rates of the affected areas(neck,shoulder and back)were 69.02%,65.10%and 45.88%respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,overweight or obesity,working hours and length of service were independent influencing factors of WMSDs.Physical exercise was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical practitioners have a high prevalence of WMSDs;There are many influencing factors,and health education and ergonomic intervention are of positive significance for the prevention of WMSDs.
