海口地区脑力劳动人群身体亚健康现状的影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨海口地区脑力劳动人群身体亚健康现状及其影响因素。方法采用志愿者招募的形式招募海口地区楼宇办公脑力劳动者500名进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学资料、亚健康状况评分及生活饮食习惯问卷。结果本次共发放问卷500份,有效回收492份,有效回收率为98.40%。492人中,亚健康检出230人,检出率为46.75%。单因素及logistic回归分析显示,性别、文化程度、工作时间、吸烟、饮酒、不吃早餐、饮水量少、睡眠不足、运动不足是亚健康发生的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论海口地区脑力劳动人群亚健康问题突出,多与不良生活饮食习惯有关,加强健康教育及健康生活方式指导对预防亚健康有积极意义。Objective To explore the sub-health status of mental workers in Haikou and its influencing factors. Methods 500 mental workers in office buildings in Haikou area were recruited as volunteers to conduct a questionnaire survey,which included the data on general demographic information,sub-health status score and living and eating habits. Results A total of 500 questionnaires were issued,492 of which were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.40%. Among the 492 people,230 were found to be sub-healthy,and the detection rate was 46.75%. Unifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that gender,education level,working time,smoking,drinking,skipping breakfast,drinking less water,sleep deprivation,and physical inactivity were independent factors for sub-health(P<0.05). Conclusions The problem of sub-health of mental workers in Haikou area is prominent,which is mostly related to the unhealthy living and eating habits.
