摘 要:目的比较不同产地的当归身与当归尾中阿魏酸的含量。方法应用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸含量。以Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,应用乙腈和0.085%磷酸(17∶83)洗脱,检测波长为316 nm,流速设定为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μL。结果阿魏酸在19.52~31.20μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系,阿魏酸的平均回收率为99.70%,RSD为2.40%。结论建立的含量测定方法简便,重现性好,云南鹤庆县样品比其他产地样品含量高,当归尾中阿魏酸含量高于当归身。Objective To compare the content of ferulic acid in taproot and rootlet of Radix Angelicae Sinensis from different regions.Methods The content of ferulic acid was measured by high performance liquid chromatography.Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used in this study.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.085%phosphoric acid(17∶83),the detection wavelength was set at 316 nm,the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,and the sample size was 20μL.Results The ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 19.52-31.20μg/mL(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.70%,RSD was 2.40%.Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible.The content of ferulic acid sample from Heqing County of Yunnan Province is higher than those in other regions,and the content in the rootlet of Radix Angelicae Sinensis is higher than that in taproot of the plant.
