摘　　要：代谢综合征的预防工作是老龄社会多种高发疾病防治的首要防线,本文探讨中西医结合早期识别易发代谢综合征人群的必要性、可行性及研究思路。提出通过选取可行的代谢综合征诊断标准、定量化采集中医辨证信息、应用大数据筛选中西医危险因子及多中心前瞻性队列分析的研究思路,最终确定早期识别风险预测模型。Prevention of the metabolic syndrome is the disease prevention and control of aging society first line of defense,this paper discusses is used to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the metabolic syndrome early identification combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine.The research train is roughly summed up as:selecting feasible criteria for the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome;quantitative collection of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical information;application of large data screening of risk factors of Chinese and Western medicine,multicenter prospectie cohort analysis,and finally determine the early identification of risk prediction model.
