中美肿瘤放疗住院医师培养制度的比较和建议

摘　　要：肿瘤放疗住院医师规范化培训对促进肿瘤专业发展十分重要,美国经过几十年的实践,已建立了相对完善规范的肿瘤放疗住院医师规范化培训体系。不仅录取门槛高,重视专业知识训练,强调终身学习技能,也注重科研训练。住院医师毕业采用双向互评,淘汰结业等制度。相比美国成熟的放疗住院医师培养体系,我国放疗专业住院医师培训起步较晚,制度有待完善。本文结合自己在美国西南医学中心放疗中心学习的经历与体会,针对我国目前放疗住院医师规范化培训与美国放疗住院医师制度的差异,提出相应的思考与建议。The standardized residency training system for oncology radiation physicians is critical for improving the treatment of cancer patients and constitutes.After tens years of practice,the United States has established a relatively well-performing residency training system for oncology radiation physicians.The application and admission match process for oncology radiation physicians is very strict,emphasizes training on clinical practice and basic scientific research,student should learn by themselves.The assessment system after graduation consists of mutual evaluation,elimination system.In contrast,the oncology radiation residency training system in China is not mature and needs to be improved.According to my own training experience in UT Southwestern Medical Center,by comparison of the radiation residency training systems between China and the United States,this paper put forward some thinking and suggestions.
