摘  要:党的十九大以来,河北省的发展方式转向了高质量发展,与此对应,河北省三级综合医院护理人才的发展也转向了高质量发展阶段。在三级综合医院中,护理人员是数量最大也是非常关键的专业技术群体,在全国目前支援武汉的医务人员中,护理人员是医生的近3倍,在防疫抗疫一线发挥了举足轻重的作用。本文就河北省三级综合医院护理人才高质量发展现状和存在问题进行了阐述,对如何利用政策优势,优化自身护理人才发展战略,提出了一系列对策思路,有较强的指导价值和现实意义。Since the 19th CPC national congress,the development mode of Hebei Province has shifted to high-quality development,and accordingly,the development of nursing talents in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province has also shifted to high-quality development stage.In the tertiary general hospital,nursing staff is the largest number and also a very critical professional and technical group.Among the medical staff supporting Wuhan in China,nursing staff is nearly three times that of doctors,playing a decisive role in epidemic prevention and resistance.This paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of high-quality development of nursing talents in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province,and puts forward a series of countermeasures on how to use policy advantages to optimize the development strategy of nursing talents,which has strong guiding value and practical significance.
