新型康复短裤预防腹股沟疝术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹股沟疝修补术术后应用快速康复短裤对患者并发症的预防效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者68例,按照术后处理方式的不同分为试验组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上应用快速康复短裤进行并发症预防;出院后试验组坚持穿戴康复短裤2月。对比两组患者术后并发症的发生情况。以包括阴囊肿胀、疼痛及出院后手术区域异物感、阴囊下坠感、术后复发等为观察指标,进行统计学分析对比。结果试验组患者术后疼痛程度、阴囊肿胀的发生率显著低于对照组;试验组患者术后手术区域异物感、会阴部牵扯感均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝修补术后应用快速康复短裤,有利于减轻术后疼痛,降低阴囊肿胀的发生率,提高临床治疗效果,术后坚持穿戴使用可以有助于降低手术区域异物感、会阴部牵扯感。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of quick recovery shorts on complications after inguinal hernia surgery.Methods Totally 68 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the first people's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from Pebruary 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine mursing care.and the experinental group were treated with fast track shorts on the basis of routine nursing;the experimental group insisted on woearing rehabilitation shorts for 2 months after discharge.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.The scratal selling,pain.foreign body sensation,scrotal drop sensation and postoperative recurtenre were.taken as the observation indexes.Results The degree of postoperative pain and incidence of scrotal swelling in the experimental group were significantly lover than those in the control group;the foreign.body sensation and perineal involvement feeling in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control BRroup(P<0.05).Conelusion The application of quick recovery shorts after inguinal hernia repair is beneficial to relieve postoprativte pain,redice the incidence of scrotal selling and improve the clinical treatment efect.The pristere of wearing and using efter surgery can greatly help to reduce foreign body sensatiton and perinel involvement.
