干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法选取中国人民解放军陆军第八十集团军医院2018年2月至2019年12月收治的22例手足口病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组11例。对照组患者应用利巴韦林治疗,研究组患者应用干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗。结果研究组患者肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者病毒转阴率为72.73%,高于对照组的45.45%(P<0.05);研究组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,而CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者Th1、Th1/Th2水平高于对照组,而Th2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论在手足口病的治疗过程中,干扰素联合利巴韦林的治疗效果更加理想。Objective To explore the clinical effect of interferon combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand foot mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Tot ally 22 patients with HFMD adm itted to the 80th group Military Hosp ital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomLy divided into control group and study group,with 11 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin,while patients in the study group were treated with interferon combined with ribavirin on the basis of the control group.Results The positive rates of EV71 and CA16 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(PV0.05),and the virus negative conversion rate of the study group was 72.73%,higher than 45.45%of the control group(P<0.05);CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)The level of CD8^+ was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of Thl and Th1/Th2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of Th2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was signifiesntly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of HFMD interferon combined with ribavirin treatment effect is more ideal.
