抗β2-糖蛋白1抗体联合抗心磷脂抗体检测在复发性流产中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨抗02-糖蛋白1抗体(anti-β2-GPl)联合抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)检测在复发性流产(RSA)诊断中的应用价值。方法选取南京医科大学第一附属医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治就诊的RSA患者282例,设为RSA组,另选取同期66例健康体检的已产妇为对照组。釆用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组受试者血清中anti-β2-GPl、aCL含量。结果RSA组中有38例患者anti-β2-GPl阳性,阳性率为13.48%,高于对照组9.22%(P=O.017);RSA组26例患者aCL抗体阳性,阳性率为3.03%,高于对照组1.52%(P=0.035)=联合检测时RSA组anti-β2-GPl、aCL共51例患者阳性,阳性率为18.08%,显著高于单项检测的阳性率。结论anti-β2-GP1、aCL与RSA的发生有相关性,联合检测的灵敏度更高,联合检测anti-β2-GP1和aCL是RSA诊断的重要指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship between anti-β2-glycoprotein and anticardiolipin antibody,to explore the application value of combined detection in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods The levels of A-β2-GP1、aCL were measured in 282 patients with RSA、66 patients of normal from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University during January 2018 to December 2019.A-β2-GP1、aCL were detected by ELISA.Analyze the positive rate of detection project of the single and combined detection.SPSS 20.0 sof tware was used to analyze the levels of the two anti bodies and compare the levels of aCL、A-β2—GP1 in patients.Results The patients with RSA in 38 cases of A-β2-GP1 were positive,the positive rate was 13.5%.It was significantly higher than that of control group(P=0.017).The patients with RSA in 26 cases of aCL were positive,the positive rate was 9.2%,the difference were statistically significant(P=0.035).Combining detection in patients with RSA were 51 cases positive,the positive rate was 18.1%.Combining detection has a higher positive rate than single detection.Conclusion The detection of aCL、A-β2-GP1 were important immune factors in pa/tients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Combining detection has a higher positive rate indicates that the combined detection may be used as a monitoring index of RSA.
