中药生化汤预防剖宫产术后恶露延长的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析中药生化汤对预防剖宫产术后恶露延长的临床效果。方法选取甘肃省张掖市高台县仁济医院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的80例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40例,采用常规预防方法治疗)与观察组(n=40例,采用缩宫素联合中药生化汤治疗)。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察并记录两组患者接受治疗后的效果、不良反应及恶露消失时间、恶露持续时间、子宫底高度、用药5 d后恶露量、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数等指标的变化,结果显示观察组患者的各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药生化汤在预防剖宫产术后恶露延长的应用中临床效果显著,可以有效地改善患者的恶露延长症状,并可调节子宫底的高度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenghua Decoction on preventing the prolongation of lochia after cesarean sect ion.Methods A total of 80 cesarean section patients admitted to Renji Hospital,Gaotai County,Zhangye City,Gansu Province from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into contra1 group(n=40 cases,treated with conventional preventive methods)and observation group(n=40 cases,treated with oxytocin combined wi th Traditional Chinese medicine Biochemical Soup)by random number table method.The cl inical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results 0bserve the effect of two groups after treatment and the di sappearance time of lochia,the duration of lochia,the height of uterine fundus,the amount of lochia,the viscosity of plasoa,the aggregation index of red blood cells and the occurrence of adverse reactions.The recorded data show that all data indexes of the abservation group are better than thase of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Shenghua decoction has a si gnificant clinical effect in preventing the prolongation of lochia after cesarean section.It can effectively improve the prolongation of lachia,regulate the height of the uterine fundus,it is worthy of clinical promotion and appl ication.
