腹部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗研究进展

摘　　要：腹部闭合性损伤是一种常见的普外科急腹症,如果合并多脏器、多部位损伤,会严重威胁患者的生命安全。随着现代交通与工业的发展,腹部闭合性损伤的患者呈明显增多的趋势。腹部闭合性损伤常伴有大量的内出血和休克,多个器官受伤,涉及的问题较多,处理复杂,病死率可高达10%以上。由于需要紧急抢救,病情发展不一,也容易掩盖症状及体征,导致漏诊。近年来,腹部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗技术不断发展,整体处理与脏器损伤的处理方法明显进步,较大提高了救治成功率。及早精确诊断,适时手术治疗,可以有效改善患者预后,降低死亡率,提高抢救成功率。因此,对腹部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗研究受到关注。本文对此进行如下综述。Closed abdominal injury is a common acute abdomen in general surgery.If multipie organs and multipie parts are combined,it will seriously threaten the patient's life safety.With the development of modern transportation and Industry,the number of patients with closed abdominal injury has increased significantly.Closed abdominal injury is often accompanied by a large amount of irrternal bleeding and shock,multipie organ injuries,involving more problems,complicated treatment,and a case fatality rate of up to 10%.Due to the need for emergency rescue,the disease progresses differently,and it is easy to cover up the symptoms and signs,resulting in missed diagnosis.In recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injuries have been continuously developed,and the overall treatment and treatmerrt of organ injuries have been significantly improved,which has greatly improved the success rate of treatment.Early accurate diagnosis and timely surgical treatment can effectively improve the patient's prognosis,reduce mortality,and improve the success rate of rescue.Therefore,research on the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injuries has attracted attention.This article reviews this as follows.
