围术期快速康复外科理念在全髋关节置换麻醉管理中的应用

摘  要:目的分析并探讨围术期快速康复外科理念在全髋关节置换麻醉管理中应用对康复的影响。方法选取常州市中医医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的全髋关节置换患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组给予常规围术期处理,研究组采用围术期快速康复外科理念处理。比较两组患者围术期疼痛、髋关节功能及术后并发症等指标。结果术后24 h、48 h、72 h研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月研究组Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全髋关节置换术围术期麻醉管理中,应用快速康复外科理念可有效缓解患者的疼痛,促进其术后髋关节功能的恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the impact of per ioperative enhanced recovery after surgery on the anesthetic.management of total hip arthroplasty on rehabi litati on.Methods A total of 96 patients with total hip arthroplasty who were treated in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomLy divided into the control group and the study group.There were 48 cases in each group.During the operation period,the study group added the enhanced recovery after surgery.to compare the peri operative pain,hip function and postoperative compl ications.Results 24 hours.48 hours,and 72 hours postoperatively the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the Harris hip function scores of the study group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the per ioperative anesthesia management of total hip arthroplasty,the application of fast track surgery concept can effectively relieve the pain of patients.promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce.the accurrence of postoperative complications,which is safe and reliable.
