摘　　要：文章阐述了乡村振兴战略视域下河南地区乡村文化扶贫的意义,指出了乡村文化建设应把握的内涵和要求。乡村文化建设是乡村文化的根与魂,应重视传统文化资源的保护利用,尊重农民的文化主体地位,推动形成新的乡村文化;持续推进脱贫攻坚"三千行动",组织培育精品民宿进贫困地区,推进贫困村综合性文化服务中心建设,强化人才对文化扶贫的支撑作用。The paper expounds the significance of culture poverty alleviation in rural areas of Henan Province from the perspective of rural vitalization strategy,and discusses the connotations and requirements that should be stressed in rural culture construction.Cultural construction in rural areas,which ensures the sound development of rural culture,must preserve traditional cultural resources,pursue farmer-oriented construction and explore new rural culture.This paper explores the following aspects:continued efforts in "Three Thousand Actions" to achieve poverty alleviation,the cultivation of high-quality home-stay facilities in poor areas,the construction of integrated cultural services in impoverished villages,and strengthening the supporting role of talents in cultural poverty alleviation.
