摘 要:基于排队理论,全面分析了钢铁物流园区堆场取货排队系统,建立了一个以企业损失成本和顾客等待成本之和最小化为目标的装卸设备数量配置优化模型,收集了外部车辆到达数据和装卸设备服务时间数据,对数据服从分布进行统计检验,分析得出车辆到达间隔时间服从负指数分布,服务时间服从负指数分布,MATLAB求解结果表明排队系统总成本最低时,装卸设备数量为7台,最低总成本为10.33元/min。In this paper,based on the queuing theory,we analyzed comprehensively the steel yard cargo queuing system of an iron and steel logistics park,and established an optimization model for the quantity and configuration of the loading and unloading equipment with the objective of minimizing the sum of enterprise loss and customer waiting costs.Then we collected the arrival data of external vehicles and the service time data of the loading and unloading equipment,examined the distribution pattern which the data obeys,and through analysis,found that both the arrival interval and service time obeyed negative exponential distribution.At the end,through a MATLAB solution,we determined the quantity of the loading and unloading equipment for the total cost of the queuing system to be the minimal.
