摘　　要：我国饲料级磷酸钙盐生产方法主要是稀酸直接中和法(传统法)和借鉴国外先进技术开发的直接法。分析了这两种生产工艺的流程、特点及问题,结合典型饲料级磷酸钙盐装置的生产实践,在实验室研究的基础上开发了一种饲料级磷酸钙盐生产工艺。介绍了该新工艺的流程、试验结果、技术特点及存在问题,认为新工艺可适应磷矿品位不断下降、产品质量要求越来越高的国情。Main production methods in China for feed grade calcium phosphate are dilute acid direct neutralization method( the conventional method)and the direct method developed based on imported advanced technology. The flows,features and issues of both production processes are analyzed,which based on the production practice of a typical feed grade calcium phosphate plant,a production process for feed grade calcium phosphate is developed based on lab experiment. The flow,test results,technical features and issues of the novel process are outlined. It is concluded that the novel process suits the current situation of decreasing phosphate rock quality and increasing product quality requirements.
