早期股骨头坏死实施高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期股骨头坏死患者行高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术的应用效果。方法:2018年-2019年7月收治早期股骨头坏死患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组实施传统外科手术;试验组实施高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术后治疗时间及功能恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早期股骨头坏死患者应用高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the treatment effect of high femoral head neck fenestration and bone graft support in early stage of femoral head necrosis.Methods:From 2018 to July 2019,76 patients with early femoral head necrosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery.The experimental group was treated with high femoral head neck fenestration and bone graft support.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,postoperative treatment time and functional recovery time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the hip function score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment effect of high femoral head neck fenestration and bone graft support in early stage of femoral head necrosis is significant,it can promote the development of medical industry.
