探讨弧形小切口手术在高位肛周脓肿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析弧形小切口手术在高位肛周脓肿中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治高位肛周脓肿患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用切开挂线引流术治疗;观察组应用弧形小切口手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术后1~14 d换药疼痛评分及术后6个月肛门功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组创面愈合时间及术后12周治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:弧形小切口手术治疗高位肛周脓肿,能明显减轻换药疼痛,保护肛门功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of arc-shaped small incision surgery in high perianal abscess.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,80 cases of patients with high perianal abscess were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cutting with tread ligation therapy.The observation group was treated with arc-shaped small incision surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The pain score for dressing change of 1 to 14 d after surgery and anal function score of 6 months after surgery of the observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and total effective rate of treatment of 12 weeks after surgery between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The surgery of arc-shaped small incision in the treatment of high perianal abscess can significantly reduce the pain of dressing change and it can protect anal function of patients.
