摘 要:目的:分析流感并发儿童肺炎支原体感染的临床检测结果。方法:2018年11月-2020年1月收治流感并发儿童肺炎支原体感染患儿68例,采用间接免疫荧光法测定呼吸道病毒七项和免疫层析法检测肺炎支原体抗体IgG、IgM水平,分析检测结果。结果:68例患儿中有46例患儿确诊为流感合并肺炎支原体急性感染,阳性率为67.65%。流感合并肺炎支原体感染患儿的肺炎征象显著高于单一流感患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流感合并肺炎支原体感染患儿平均发热时间、淋巴细胞比例、中性粒细胞比例等指标水平与单一流感患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注重流感并发儿童肺炎支原体感染症状,在诊治流感症状时,应将肺炎支原体抗体检测作为常规项目,预测重症患儿并予以治疗,以此提升治愈率,降低肺炎并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical test results of 68 cases of influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:From November 2018 to January 2020,68 cases of influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children were selected,indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect seven respiratory viruses and immunochromatography was used to detect two antibodies of mycoplasma pneumoniae(IgG and IgM)and analyze the test results.Results:46 children were diagnosed with influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and the positive rate was 67.65%.The pneumonia signs of influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children were significantly higher than single influenza in children,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average fever time,lymphocyte ratio,neutrophil ratio and other indicator levels of influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children were compared with the single influenza in children,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Attention should be paid to the symptoms of influenza combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children and in the diagnosis and treatment of influenza symptoms,antibody detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae should be taken as a routine item to predict and treat critically ill children,so as to improve the cure rate and reduce the complication rate of pneumonia.
