电针盘龙刺结合中药调周法治疗肾虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针盘龙刺结合中药调周法治疗黄体功能性不全性不孕的临床疗效。方法:2019年6月-2020年2月收治肾虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。试验组采用电针盘龙刺结合中药调周法治疗;对照组采用中药调周法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率及妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后肾虚证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血清激素各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针盘龙刺结合中药调周法能提高患者黄体功能,疗效明显。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture panlong needle spines combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method in the treatment of luteal dysfunction infertility.Methods:From June 2019 to February 2020,50 cases of infertility with kidney deficiency luteal dysfunction were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by electroacupuncture panlong needle spines combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,withthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of renal deficiency syndrome after treatment in the experimental group was lower than the control group,withthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum hormone various indicators levels of the experimental group were all better than the control group,withthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncturepanlong needle spines combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method can improve the luteal function of patients,which have obvious curative effect.
