血培养假性报阳原因分析与预防措施

摘　　要：目的:分析血培养中出现假报阳的原因,探讨不同科室、季度间的分布和差异。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年6月进口和国产两种血培养瓶的阳性率,对不同科室与季度间的血培养假报阳数进行统计分析。结果:血培养瓶共报阳1558例,假报阳240例,假报阳率为15.4%。各季度假报阳率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各临床科室假报阳率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种血培养瓶假报阳率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在血培养阳性目标性监测中重视镜检与转种,可提高血培养标本送检质量,降低假报阳率,保证检验结果正确性。Objective:To analyze the causes of reporting of false positive of blood culture and explore the distribution and differences between different departments and quarters.Methods:The positive rates of imported and domestic blood culture bottles from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively studied,according to different departments and quarters,the statistical analysis of the false positive number of blood culture was conducted.Results:There were 1558 cases reporting of positive of blood culture and 240 cases of reporting of false positive of blood culture and the false positive rate was 15.4%.The reporting of false positive rates of every quarterly was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The reporting of false positive rates of every clinical departments was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in reporting of false positive rates between the two kinds of blood culture bottles.Conclusion:Attention should be paid to microscopic examination and seed transfer in the positive target monitoring of blood culture,which can improve the quality of blood culture specimen examination,it can reduce the reporting of false positive rates and ensure the correctness of the inspection results.
