摘　　要：目的:探究不同血液净化护理模式对尿毒症患者净化效果及生活质量的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治尿毒症患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予全面护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组尿氮素、β2-微球蛋白、磷及C反应蛋白等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组社会功能、躯体功能、认知功能及心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理模式可以有效提高尿毒症患者血液净化效果,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of different blood purification nursing modes on purification effect and quality of life of uremic patients.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,85 uremic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,urinary nitrogen,β2-microglobulin,phosphorus and C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of social function,physical function,cognitive function and psychological function were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the blood purification effect of uremic patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
